April 18 - Tommy

Day One Hundred & Nine.

This afternoon I took my daughter to pick up her new pair of glasses. On our way out we realized it was pouring down rain and we decided to wait just inside the door until it slowed down. We weren't alone in waiting, a man named Tommy had the same idea and we ended up waiting together. I asked if I could pray for him and he asked if I'd pray for his health. I asked for details but he said he was just concerned for his overall health.

I noticed he was wearing coveralls so I assumed he had a job that required heavy physical labor. So, that's what I prayed for. Strength, endurance, stamina, health. When we finished praying, the storm got better so we left for the car.
