August 28th - Where have I been?

I'm so very sorry, dear readers that I have not been posting for the last few weeks. It started as just a few missed days and then as the days went on it became too much to catch up on. I have still been praying for people every day but I haven't written about it because... Well, because the beginning of the school year smashed me like a bug. I set a pace last year that I could not maintain this year and this blog was not even the first plate that dropped. But, I"m back again and ready to continue.

The Lord has done some very cool things over the past months with the people that I've prayed with. One lady was a friend of a friend who has been considering taking the School of Kingdom Ministry class that started me on this journey. I was able to share with her just how amazing the class is and how it changed my life. One lady had a son just like mine who is struggling in school and I was able to pray for her and encourage her just as others have encouraged me. To say it like that in just one sentence makes it sound like it was no big deal but, I'm telling you if you were standing there and you felt the presence of God, you would hear just how loved this woman's heart was.

There have been so many beautiful stories from my encounters over the past few weeks and I am so very sorry that I won't be going back to type them all up but... I just cannot do it. It's too much and I'm too overwhelmed. So, thank you all so much for continuing this journey with me and for understanding that we're going to be missing a few weeks in August and, that's ok. :) I'm having surgery on Friday so, I'll begin posting again on September 1st.
