January 15 - Amber

Day fifteen.

Amber is a barista at my local drive-through coffee shop. To be fair, it's a christian coffee shop so I felt fairly comfortable asking if she needed prayer. She asked me to pray for her to get a job doing what she loved which is Marketing. There was a pretty good line behind me so I couldn't stop and lay hands on her. I just prayed from my car while she worked.

The great part is, I was able to talk to her about where God is using her right now and how His agenda has her accomplishing things far greater than marketing. I think she was encouraged, even though she still wants the marketing job... she was able to take a step back and see what God sees in her.
