June 3 - Desiree

Day One Hundred & Fifty Four.

Today my stranger asked me to pray for her to be able to seek God more. ha! ha! Yes ma'am. I think I can do that. Her name was Desiree and when I asked for details she said that she hasn't been walking with God and she would like to start doing that. I shared Jeremiah 29:13 with her: "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all of your heart." I told her that God is not hiding from her and all she had to do was ask him where He is and He would immediately show up in her life.

We prayed and asked God to come into her life and begin to show her where He is every day. She prayed and said she would begin to seek Him with all of her heart. We prayed over her entire life including her family, friends, emotions, and finances. After praying we talked a bit more about where to go from here and for the first time this year I invited my stranger to church with me and gave her my number.
