March 15 - Donovan

Day seventy-five.

I met Donovan at a WalMart in Kissimmee, FL. He was looking for little boy shoes with his son when I walked onto the aisle. I knew immediately that I should ask him if I could pray and he agreed. He didn't have any pain to pray over but he asked me to pray over his finances and over his son.

I asked God to bless him as a father and to give him patience and endurance to get through parenthood with grace and extra helpings of mercy. I prayed over his job and his upcoming bills and for God to show his love through finances this month.

His son played with my kids while we finished shopping for shoes and we parted ways.
