March 2 - Deborah

Writer's picture: Summer SlovakSummer Slovak

Day sixty-one.

Today while I was at a kid's birthday party I found a stranger at the playground where my kids were playing and asked if I could pray. She looked like a grandmother who had just picked up her granddaughter. She was carrying the little girl on her hip and was just saying goodbye to a younger woman who I assume was the girl's mother.

After the two women finished talking and separated I approached her and asked if I could pray. She agreed and asked me to pray over her family. I asked God to bless her granddaughter and to guard their hearts. I asked him to change their hearts toward each other and to bring peace into every conversation. I spoke against any plans the enemy had made for Deborah's legacy and broke off any generational curses in Jesus name.

When I finished praying I talked with her a little more about what was going on with her family and how God had the power to change her circumstances if she was willing to let Him take control.
