May 1 - Lorraine

Day One Hundred & Twenty One.

I was sooooooper sick yesterday so I didn't pray for anyone. Let's all agree that you didn't want me to share what I had. I'm 100% better today and decided it was safe to pray for someone.

I met Lorraine at my daughter's taekwondo practice. She is a regular but we have never talked. Typically, we all just sit quietly while the kids practice. Today my daughter suggested I pray for her but I disagreed. She asked why and I said "I don't want to make her feel awkward." lol Really?? After all this time?

Apparently.

But, that was all I needed. Hearing those words come out of my mouth was enough. I knew I had to take the risk and approach her. She agreed to let me pray but didn't have any specific prayer requests. I tried to dig a little deeper but she couldn't think of anything. I ended up just praying for everything.

Finances, Health, Emotions, & Endurance. Her husband bowed and prayed with us. So sweet. Thank you Jesus.
