May 20 - Charlene & Merle

Day One Hundred & Forty..

Charlene and Merle were in line behind me at Fred's today while I was buying dog treats. My 8 yr old kid is "training" our dog which really just includes yelling at her until she does something and then giving her a treat. It's very entertaining. But I digress... I turned around and asked if I could pray and they both agreed. Charlene had a broken hand and asked for healing, Merle had a bandage on her nose and had recently had a spot of cancer removed. The doctors got all of the cancer but she wanted prayer for healing.

It ended up being a really great encounter. Both women were touched by the Holy Spirit and I could really feel and see the Lord bringing peace and just a sweet spirit to both women. I prayed against the Enemy's plans to harm or destroy them and really noticed a shift in the acceptance of the presence of God. They both relaxed when I prayed against the spirit of infirmity. I mean, I could physically see the difference in them. Anyway, that was pretty cool.
