Today I specifically went to Kroger in order to find someone to pray for. On my way into the store I noticed two women who were looking at the patio furniture for sale on the front walkway. I asked them if I could pray and they agreed. Renee has recently had cancer and although the doctors think they got it all, she has to go back in 3 months to make sure. Bonny has a severe lung infection that will require her to take medicine for over a year before she will be fully recovered. (First of all, I've prayed for cancer twice in a row now. So... just thanking God for trusting me to be a vessel that heals a deadly disease.)
So, we prayed for healing and the Holy Spirit fell! I mean these women were really touched by the presence of God. I spoke against the spirit of cancer and against the infection in Bonny's lungs. While I was praying another Kroger customer was leaving and she joined us. She actually put her hands on these women and started praying with us! It was so great!! When we were finished we talked for a minute about how much God treasured them and that no sickness ever comes from Him and it's our job to stand and fight against every scheme of the Enemy. WOO!! I'm so pumped!
